Just finished my last meal and weight is 212 lbs was 208 lbs this morning. Saturday I get my cheat meal it’ll be just a day shy of 2 weeks exact with no carbs pretty much. I feel flat and I can tell a lack in strength with no carbs. Everything has been light and high reps.
